I have a friend who is a photographer and does a wonderful job with her work. I was recently spending time with her at her house when she looks at my hand and says, "Give me your ring." Well, I know her well enough to know that means picture time. So I handed over my ring and today I recieved these photos in my inbox.
What she didn't realize at the time was how priceless these pictures are to me. My Dad surprised me with this special ring last Christmas. It was the friendship ring he gave to my mother when they were teenagers about 30 years ago. I cried when he gave it to me. We both did...just one of those moments you cheerish forever.
