Spice Up Your Day

It's Friday, which means this day takes forever because everyone just wants it to be the weekend already, it's dreary outside, looking a bit like wintery skies, it's 9-11 which means horrible memories have been playing through my mind, I plowed through a mountain of paperwork...and Shaun is out of town for the next four days. Just knowing he's thousands of miles away is enough to make the day gloomy. I thought maybe a bit of Pumpkin Spice from Starbucks would brighten my day.


While it didn't do my paperwork for me, make the sun shine, or even bring Shaun back to Atlanta, I think they must sprinkle the top of each cup with a little bit of magic cheer. I felt a little bit happier and my weekend got here just a little bit faster.
