More recently I've become determined to be more healthy and more physically fit. I attempted this earlier in the year, but quickly caved as I was under a lot of stress. (thank you paralegal school and thank God you are over!)
So, here I am - round 2! I had picked up several pounds in the last year just living on a fast food diet, after all, my busy schedule of running here and there couldn't afford me time to cook a meal and eat properly, right? The nasty $3 hamburger was much faster to consume than taking time to prepare veggies and proper proteins. And WHO has time to grocery shop???After all, I'm single (which means we don't cook for just one because you end up with a weeks worth of left overs in one meal!), I'm working full time, I'm in school, I'm just plain BUSY and who's to care? And well, I finally did, when nothing fit anymore and I found myself wearing a very limited supply of dresses that still actually worked.
So, I decided I was NOT going to buy the next size up but I was going to discipline myself to do things the right way. And here I am, on a month long cleanse, getting my body readjusted to a proper diet AND I'm already 10 lbs lighter and finding myself fitting back into things that haven't fit in months. THANK YOU ISAGENIX cleanse for life program and to my sweet boyfriend who tells me constantly that I am beautiful and that he loves me JUST how I am, but will support me and encourage me through every step!!!
Anyway, I'm now on the hunt for good healthy meal ideas. If anyone out there has any, please feel free to post them on my blog! I'd love to try them out.

Running here and there doesn't leave anytime for preparing and eating healthy meals. :)I've just gotten into the habit where I try not to eat anything when I get home from work (6:30 or 7:00), but I'm just starving then I'll eat something really light like a salad. In addition to that, I usually eat a big brunch, and a snack around 3:00. Doing that along with my Callenetics workout videos has really helped me shed pounds! I have these old pants that I wore when I was about 15, and I am determined to fit back into them! Almost there too! :) Just a few more inches to lose, and they'll fit perfectly! Keep up the good work!
