Day 3: Family
I am so grateful for my family. When I say family, I do mean every person that I am related to either by blood or marriage! I am grateful for parents, grandparents, all my siblings, all of my siblings spouses (and soon to be spouse), nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins!
Family is a word that can bring joy mingled with pain, mingled with intense love, mingled with frustration, mingled with loyalty beyond words.
Family are the people that when you've picked on one of us, you've picked on all of us.
Family are the people in your life that know your yuck and love you in spite of yourself.
Family are people that when the world comes to an end and you're left standing alone, you look behind you and realize, they're still standing there, in fact, they never left.
Family are the people that when life and all it's pettiness comes creeping to an eternal end, they are what counted most.
Cherishing my family today. Thankful for each one. Holding them close to my heart.
