She's Finally Here!!!

Welcome Charlotte Grace Dishman! The world's most beautiful baby girl. Born: April 13, 2013. Weight: 6 lbs. 10 oz. Length: 20 inches.

You are so precious and we are totally taken with you. We are so looking forward to watching you grow (hopefully not too fast) and finding out just who God made you to be. We love you sweet pea!

My heart literally melts every time I see Shaun with her. He was such a sweet support to me the whole pregnancy and labor and now it's even more precious to see how much he dotes on our little girl. He's always been a gentle spirit, but something about this baby has brought that side of him to a whole new light. It's truly precious.

 Dressed and ready to take our baby girl home! We couldn't be any happier. Really the most surreal feeling in the world. I know that she's our baby, but I keep looking at her wondering if she is REALLY ours. =)

Oscar is pretty taken with her too. It took a day or two for him to figure out what in the world she was. (we think it has something to do with the fact that her cry sounds like a soft cry of a kitten) He's very gentle with her and I'm wondering if he's made the connection that the sound he would listen to in my belly is the baby that now lays in my lap. =)
